A man, 46, a resident of East End , was arrested in Bodden Town around 2:45AM Saturday morning, 25 July, on suspicion of burgling a residence in the vicinity of Sea View Road in the East End during the late afternoon or early evening on Friday, 24 July. 

Uniform officers on patrol stopped the man due to two outstanding warrants for his arrest because of a default on a fine payment and failure to appear in court. During this stop an item was discovered on his person that linked him to the East End burglary.

He was then arrested on the burglary charge as well and is currently in custody.
