About 5:30AM on Monday, 17 August, two women reported an incident where a man had indecently exposed himself to them while they exercised near a school in West Bay. Police located the man along Fountain Road that morning and arrested him on suspicion of indecent exposure. The man, age 48, from West Bay, was charged the following day, 18 August, on three counts of Indecent Exposure (Idle and Disorderly Conduct) and one count of Indecent Assault. The man pleaded guilty to all offenses and was remanded to HMP Northward until 17 September.
