The 29-year-old man arrested early Wednesday morning during a police response to a burglary-in-progress on West Bay Road has been charged with Burglary with Intent, Possession of an Imitation Firearm with Intent to Resist Arrest and Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice.
The man was in court Fri morning, 4 August.
