Cayman Islands: Man robbed of his pants, cell phones and cash

On 01st August 2015 at about 12:26 am a 37-year-old fisherman from Central America who has been visiting Cayman for several years was robbed of his pants, an hour earlier, which contained his two cell phones, his wallet which contained a substantial amount of CI and Limperia cash, a small amount of CI$0.25 (quarters) and his Honduran National ID. The victim was outside a bar on Boilers Road when he was approached by a man who pressed a knife against his stomach and demanded his pants. Fearful for his life, he removed his pants and gave it to the suspect who ran off towards Walkers Road with it. The victim was not physically injured.
The suspect is described as light complexion, slim build, he was wearing a light blue long jeans pants, grey sleeveless “T”-shirt, brown sneakers, and he had a white mask covering his face.
Police personnel attended the scene, and the matter is under investigation by George Town CID.
