On Friday April 26, 2019, Dart Real Estate and NCB Group executives, Cayman Islands Government officials and future homeowners were present at the groundbreaking for OLEA, a joint venture between the two development companies.

OLEA is the first Camana Bay for-sale residential project, located a short walk away from the Camana Bay Town Centre.

The 124-residence waterfront community will include the Cayman Islands’ first lazy river, among other amenities.

Homes at OLEA will range from one to four bedrooms and include condos, townhomes and duplexes.
