Friday, 6 November, the man, age 46, arrested yesterday in West Bay was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He is due in court on Tuesday next week.

Arrests on Suspicion of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in West Bay

Around 6:15AM this morning, 5 November, officers from the DSCTF, K9 and Uniform Support Group conducted a search of a residence in the Logwoods area of West Bay. During the search an unlicensed firearm and ammunition were recovered. The occupants of the residence, a man, age 46, and a woman, age 82, were arrested on suspicion of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

The woman was bailed shortly thereafter. The man is in police custody.
