RCIPS Warns Against Sharing Video of Child Sex Abuse Content Currently Circulating on Social Media
The RCIPS is aware of a video being circulated on social media which portrays child sexual abuse content.
Information suggests that the video originated in Jamaica and investigations by the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) into the matter are ongoing.
The MASH would like to thank members of the public who reported the video and would like to remind the public that it is an offence under the Penal Code to share such content. Anyone who receives this video is asked to alert the police immediately and to refrain from sharing it further.

Circulation of Video of an Arrest Made this Morning, 1 February
With respect to a video circulating online of an arrest of a woman that took place this morning, 1 February, the RCIPS has viewed the footage and referred the matter to PSU for an investigation into the full circumstances of the arrest.
