RCIPS FCU Warns of Fraudulent Employment Ad, 2 November

In response to an online job advertisement which has been circulating on social media and whatsapp, the RCIPS FCU is advising the public that this advertisement is a scam. An image of the ad is attached. The ad is targeted to those outside the Cayman Islands and advertises jobs at an unspecified new hotel here in Cayman.

The RCIPS FCU is releasing an image of this advertisement and cautioning the public not to respond or circulate it. They would also like to remind the public to exercise caution when dealing with online job advertisements, especially those which request funds be wired as part of the employment process. Funds should never be wired in response to any such job advertisements.
