GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands – Cayman Islands Premier the Hon. Alden McLaughlin has announced the assignments of councillors in the Cayman Islands Government.

They are:

Mr. Austin Harris has been named Councillor for Human Resources, Immigration and Community Affairs;

Ms Barbara Conolly is Councillor for Education;

Mr. David Wight is Councillor for Sports and Transport;

Capt. Eugene Ebanks is Councillor for Environment and Housing;

Mr. Bernie Bush, as Deputy Speaker of the House, has not been appointed as a councillor.
