The man, age 28 of West Bay, who was arrested in relation to the below incident, has been formally charged with Criminal Trespass and Drunk and Disorderly, he appears in court this morning Thu, 6 December.

The RCIPS is currently investigating a report of shots being fired at an address on Adonis Drive in West Bay, overnight between Monday and Tuesday, 3 and 4 December. The occupants of a residence at the location reported hearing what they suspected to be gunshots shortly after 9:30PM on 3 December and again just before 3:30AM on 4 December. Officers attended the location and determined that a vehicle at the location had sustained damage, suspected to be from a bullet.

A man was arrested at the location on suspicion of causing fear or provocation of violence, being drunk and disorderly, and criminal trespass. He remains in custody.

This incident is currently under police investigation and anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information is asked to contact West Bay CID at649-3999.
