Edward & Fort Street Road Closure, Thursday 9 November

On Thursday, 9 November, Edward Street will be closed between Fort Street and Dr. Roys Drive (next to Bread & Chocolate) to facilitate the Joint Law Enforcement & Public Safety Recruitment Fair taking place at the George Town Town Hall. This also means that traffic on Fort Street will not be able to travel past Edward Street in either direction. The road closure will take place all day from about 5AM until 8PM.

Traffic heading towards West Bay from Central George Town is advised to take an alternate route, avoiding Edward Street. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
