Cayman Islands: Robbery at Rubis Gas Station_Walkers Road, George Town

On Friday the 5th of May 2017 at 1:30am, a report of robbery at Rubis Gas Station along Walker’s Road was reported to the police.
TWO masked men armed with handgun smashed the glass door with an object and gained entry to the premises. Whilst inside the gas station they removed an undisclosed amount of monies from the cash regiater.
The men left the location on foot along a pathway behind the gas station that leads to Windsor Park.
It does not appear that any shots were fired and no one was physically injured.
The matter is under inveatigation by the CID.
