Robbery in West Bay Last Night, Tuesday 7 November

Shortly after 11:30PM Tuesday, 7 November, officers responded to a report of a robbery in the vicinity of West Church Street, West Bay. Upon arriving home and exiting her vehicle a woman was confronted by a man who pressed an unknown object against her side and demanded her purse. She handed over the purse, which contained a quantity of cash and some personal items.

The suspect is described as being about 6 feet tall with slim build. He was wearing dark clothing and the lower half of his face was covered.

The incident is under police investigation.
