Police responded to a report of robbery, where a 45 year old male from West Bay reported being held up by two men with a machete in the Cruz Lane area of George Town popularly known as ‘Banana Walk’. Approximately $530 was stolen from the victim’s wallet and he received minor injuries during a struggle.

Police responded shortly after the incident was reported and arrested one of two suspects, a Caymanian male. The other robbery suspect, also a Caymanian male, is being sought by the police.
