Police received several reports of vehicles broken into overnight, 29-30 September, at two separate locations, while the owners attended events nearby. Four of the reports involved vehicles parked on Pedro Castle Road, Bodden Town, while three of the reports involved vehicles parked off Lawrence Boulevard, George Town. The rear windows of the vehicles were smashed and in some cases cash or personal items were taken.

These break-ins are currently under investigation, and police are reminding the public to ensure that valuables are not left inside vehicles, especially where they can be seen by passersby.
