Shooting incident on Sparky Drive:
The most serious victim came through extensive surgery yesterday and was transferred to ICU overnight where he remains and is described as being in a serious but stable condition.
The female stayed in hospital overnight and is due to be released later today.
The third victim who is a 23 year old male received a single gunshot wound and was treated and released yesterday.
No arrests have been made as yet in connection to this latest shooting incident where multiple victims have been injured while present in the early hours of the morning for an after hour’s session. We are looking into the possibility that one of the victims was targeted in this attack. However the apparent indiscriminate way those responsible shot into a crowd of people is of particular concern as there is no consideration for the lives or well-being of persons who are there and not involved in any way.
Serious stabbing incident in Prospect
The victim is stable and stayed in hospital overnight but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
