We are sending out a special appeal today on behalf of these lovely cats whose  owner is sadly in Hospice care. They have been in this loving home for some time, and obviously do not understand all of the changes that are happening, so we would love to see them safely re-homed with as little disruption to their lives as possible.

Pye (Pyewacket) is a gorgeous long-haired tabby, who showed up as a stray at  the doorstep 2 years ago. She had been declawed by a previous owner, and so was fortunate to find herself a safe home. Her owner discovered that she was
positive for Feline Leukemia, which she has been living with healthily. Pye is an outgoing girl who loves belly rubs, and she also gets along well with dogs. Pye  would need to go to a home where she lives either alone, with other cats who
are also positive with FeLV, or where she lives separately from the other cats. She needs to stay indoors. She is up to date on her vaccinations.

Mr. Snow and 2-Tone are 3-year old siblings. Mr. Snow, of course, is nearly all- white and has gorgeous eyes, and his sister, 2-Tone is mostly black with white  markings, and a lovely petite head. They are a little shy initially, but warm up with a little encouragement. They enjoy each other’s company, and it would be lovely to see them go to a home together. They both tested negative for feline viruses, are up to date on vaccinations, and 2-Tone is being treated for her runny eye.

Pasha is a stunning 6-year old black girl. She was her owner’s shadow, following  her absolutely everywhere she went. Of all the cats, she is having the hardest time adjusting to not having her owner around her. With time and patience, and a calm environment, we truly believe this lovely girl will form as strong a bond with a new owner. She has so much to offer someone. Pasha is negative for feline viruses, and is up to date on her vaccinations.

All of these cats are indoor cats, fully litterbox-trained, and really well-behaved, calm, much-loved pets. If you have room in your home and heart, and would like to meet any of these cats, please contact Jane at 947-1721
