Cayman Islands Triple C School PTA and Alphasoft donate new computers
For the 2014-2015 school year, Triple C School has been the happy recipients of 30 new computers for the student computer lab. These new computers were a generous donation from Alphasoft Ltd. and the Triple C Parent Teacher Association (PTA). Both Alphasoft and the Triple C PTA donated 15 new computers each. Triple C School continues to be thankful for the generosity of Alphasoft over the past seven years and now for the contribution made by the PTA towards the technology needs of the School.
The Triple C PTA has always been very active and this donation was just one of their ways of making the school better for everyone. Along with the 15 new computers the Triple C PTA also donated 10 computers for teachers. These donations help to keep Triple C abreast of technology improvements but also allow the retirement of older student machines in the classrooms running Windows XP, which is no longer supported by Microsoft. Once again, Mr. Rob Crysler, IT Administrator at Triple C School, expresses his appreciation to Alphasoft for their donation and continuous support and to the PTA for helping to update the computer lab.
