REVISION TO EXPECTED TIMETABLE FOR
PROPOSED CAPITAL REORGANISATION
AND
PROPOSED CHANGE IN BOARD LOT SIZE

Reference is made to the announcement of Union Asia Enterprise Holdings Limited
(the “Company”) dated 4 July 2016 and 14 July 2016 and the circular of the
Company dated 19 July 2016 (the “Circular”) in relation to, among others, the
Capital Reorganisation and the Change in Board Lot Size. Unless otherwise stated,
capitalized terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

The Company has been informed by its Cayman Islands legal advisers that in
accordance with the Court’s schedule, the expected effective time for the Capital
Reorganisation will not take place on the expected date (i.e. 13 December 2016) as
set out in the section headed “Expected Timetable” in the Circular. There will be a
delay in the expected timetable for the Capital Reorganisation and the Change in
Board Lot Size. The Company will make further announcement(s) in respect of the
revised timetable as and when appropriate.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises two executive Directors, Ms. Yip Man Yi and Mr. Shiu Chi Tak, Titus, two non-executive Directors, Mr. Liang Tongwei and Mr. Wong Chi Man, and three independent non-executive Directors, Dr. Wan Ho Yuen, Terence, Mr. Li Kwok Chu and Mr. Lau Shu Yan.
