Today, 20 January, around 9:30AM, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre received a call regarding a man who had encountered difficulties while snorkeling off Cemetery Beach in West Bay.

Police and EMS personnel arrived at the scene, and the man was unconscious. CPR was administered, and the man was transported to GTH where he was pronounced dead just after 10AM.

The man, age 65, was a visitor to the island.
