The  Police can  now confirm the identity of the deceased as one Peter ZHU  of Canada.

During the tragic incident a vessel which was nearby assisted in transporting the deceased to  Rum Point .  Anyone who can identify the vessel or the individuals who assisted is asked to make contact with PC Gordon of the Joint Marine Unit at 649 7710.
