Since members of the public and the press are unable to physically attend open court, starting today, 23 April 2020, judicial proceedings are streaming live. The live streaming began with the first case in the Court of Appeal, which session started today through remote video link.

To access, the public may visit the website www.judicial.ky and visit the pop up COVID-19 Emergency Continuity of Operations Page. Then click the tab for Court Room Live Stream to directly link into the live stream open-court court cases by selecting one of the courts.

To see open court cases, they may also wish to consult the judicial Cause Lists which are also published online.
