Six more cases of positive coronavirus victims including one in Cayman Brac.

One new case was announced today (Apr 3) bringing the total of cases to twenty-nine. new regulations announced below have been ratified by law.

Five new cases of persons with coronavirus were announced today at the PM press meeting. This brings the total number of cases to twenty-eight with one death..

Also announced was the current soft curfew measures will be extended and toughened.

The current alphabet system used to visit the supermarkets will be extended to all activities on Grand Cayman starting next week.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – letters A-K

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – letters L-Z.

Sundays will be a hard curfew day for everybody.

This is due to the non-compliance by some members of the public who make life difficult for the majority of the persons here who obey the rules.
