Local food stores are pleased to inform our valued customers that our supply chain remains fully operational and unaffected despite the ongoing strike at unionised ports in the Eastern United States. The two primary ports we rely on are non-unionised and continue functioning at total capacity, ensuring no immediate disruption to our operations.

Only shipments passing through unionised ports are experiencing delays, and we have no reason to anticipate a significant impact on our ability to stock and supply goods. Our on-island inventory is fully stocked, and we have implemented proactive measures, including built-in redundancies within our supply chain, to safeguard against potential disruptions. This approach, part of our regular logistics planning, also helps mitigate risks from external factors such as hurricanes.

While our stores are not directly affected by the US strike, we are unwavering in our commitment to continue providing the products and services our customers depend on. Our dedication to maintaining the stability and reliability of our supply chain during this period is unwavering, and we will take all necessary steps to keep our shelves fully stocked.
