Royal Visit and 54th Agricultural Show
Residents of the Cayman Islands may find there is an air of excitement over the coming days as the Country prepares for a number of auspicious events.
As announced, Their Royal Highnesses, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, are set to arrive on Monday, 20 February for an official visit. They will be met on arrival by His Excellency the Governor Mr Martyn Roper and Hon. Premier Wayne Panton and will receive a royal salute, inspect the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, and meet key government officials. This is the fifth time His Royal Highness has visited our shores, and the second time accompanied by Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex.
The Earl and Countess will spend much of their time on Island supporting various events with their respective patron organisations, the Central Caribbean Marine Institute (CCMI) and 100 Women in Finance.
