A team from the Cayman Islands has joined more than 7000 delegates attending the annual meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA), for the first time since the COVID pandemic.

The team, including Financial Services Minister Hon. Andre Ebanks, Director of the Cayman Islands Intellectual Property Office Candace Westby and Deputy Chief Officer Kathryn Dinspel-Powell have a busy agenda over the duration of the five day conference May 16-20 in Singapore.

The purpose of the trip is to raise the profile of the CIIPO, the thriving local intellectual property sector, and of the Cayman Islands commitment to advancing intellectual property (IP) rights.
