Global Delight: Mangoes are often referred to as the “king of fruits” and are one of the most popular fruits worldwide, with thousands of varieties grown across the globe.

Cultural Significance: Mangoes have been cultivated for over 4,000 years and hold significant cultural and religious importance in many countries, including India, where they are associated with love and fertility.

Variety Galore: There are over 500 varieties of mangoes, each with its own unique flavour, texture, and colour. Some popular varieties include Alphonso, Haden, Tommy Atkins, and Ataulfo.

Nutrient Powerhouse: Mangoes are not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C, and E, as well as folate, potassium, and fiber.

Versatile Fruit: Mangoes can be enjoyed in various forms, including fresh, dried, juiced, pureed, and even pickled. They are used in a wide range of dishes, from salads and smoothies to chutneys and desserts.
