Cayman: NAU Revises Existing Clients’ Service Delivery to Support Preparedness Measures
CAYMAN ISLANDS (GIS) – As a part of Government’s Coronavirus preparedness measures, the Ministry of Community Affairs has announced that existing Needs Assessment Unit (NAU) clients need not visit the agency’s offices to receive temporary assistance. Instead, NAU staff will reach out to clients to provide updates as to the way forward.
New clients seeking NAU services are advised, if possible, to first contact the agency via email at [email protected], so that the agency’s pre-assessment form can be sent out to them. The form can also be accessed by visiting www.nau.gov.ky. As necessary, phone contact can also be made to our offices both in Grand Cayman and in Cayman Brac.
The NAU offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will be opened from 8:30am to 5:00 on Monday to Friday. Its offices are located at 1st Floor Aqua Mall, 55 South Church St., Grand Cayman (Tel: 946-0024) and Dennis Foster Rd., Stake Bay, Cayman Brac (Tel: 948-8758).
For the safety and wellbeing of all, services will be processed by phone as much as possible. Again, those persons already registered with the NAU will not have to visit the offices, as clients will be contacted by the agency or for urgent matter they may call for guidance.
