The developers of Harbour Walk have announced the launch of their next project, ONE|GT, a 175 suite boutique hotel with residences designed for short, mid and long-term occupancy. The project offers a wide range of resort-style amenities including a piazza café, a signature terrace restaurant, two pools, a private gym, valet parking and Cayman’s first luxury rooftop SKY Club.

The 10 storey building located in Grand Cayman’s capital George Town, brings long-awaited contemporary living to the heart of the Cayman Islands, drawing on inspiration from the best rooftop beach bars in Miami, the bustling street cafés of Europe and of course, exquisite local Caribbean flair.

ONE|GT offers a collection of residences that range in size from one-bedroom suites to three-bedroom apartments, and penthouse lofts, all with private balconies or terraces that overlook the beautiful George Town Harbour and a striking panoramic view of the island. 

Residences are now available for purchase with the building completion date set for late 2024. Ground breaking is due to take place in July, 2022.
