Cayman: New featured Foodie Nights @ Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, situated on Grand Cayman’s picturesque Seven Mile Beach, has just rolled out three new culinary experiences, a part of the resort’s Featured Foodie Nights program.Taking place nightly, the exclusive series features a special amalgamation of local and innovative dishes created by the diversely talented Seafire culinary team, and are located in the most distinctive of settings that are abound at Kimpton Seafire.

  • Barbacoa Night: Take a seat by the water and sink your toes into the sand and enjoy classic Mexican BBQ favorites, family style, to your table.
  • Voyage Through The Mediterranean at AVE: Set sail on a culinary voyage through the Mediterranean. Sample the flavors of each country during a family style feast, featuring appetizers, entrées and desserts (of course).
  • The Library Speakeasy at Seafire: As a toast to 100 years since prohibition and in conjunction with Cayman Cocktail Week, Seafire is launching a speakeasy pop-up bar in the lobby library, offering drinks, debauchery and some seriously whiskey business. 

Spearheaded by Executive Chef Massimo De Francesca, Kimpton Seafire’s culinary team has crafted innovative dishes and world-class dining experiences unlike any other.
