Nominations are Now Being Accepted for the 2020 OCP Outstanding Service Awards. 26 March
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2020 Outstanding Service Awards for the Office of the Commissioner of Police (OCP).
The OCP Outstanding Service Awards was established to recognise police officers, civilian staff, special constables and members of the public for outstanding and meritorious service that enhances public safety and police/public partnerships.
Consideration will be given to staff members (who may be nominated by members of the OCP or by members of the community who have had personal experience with them) who have displayed excellence in the below areas:
· Our Core Values – Respect, Courtesy, Integrity, Professionalism and Service
· Our Strategic Goal – Understanding the Threats, Securing the Cayman Islands, Ensuring Safe Communities and Delivering a Professional Service.
· Our Broad Outcomes – Outlined in our Strategic Policing Plan aimed at accomplishing our vision – Making the Cayman Islands Safer by Working with our Communities, for our Communities.
Also included in this award scheme is a Community Spirit Award aimed at recognising members of the community who have demonstrated outstanding service in reaching our joint goals of securing the Cayman Islands and ensuring the safety of our communities by working with the departments within the OCP.
