The Second Meeting of the 2024-2025 Session of the Parliament of the Cayman Islands will
continue on Monday, 16th December 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
During the upcoming Fifth Sitting on Monday, Members of Parliament will resume consideration
on several remaining Bills:
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment), Bill, 2024
Traffic (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Public Transport Bill, 2024
Older Persons (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Children (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Maintenance (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Adoption Bill, 2024
In addition, Government Motion No. 5 remains to be debated. The motion is regarding the
Beneficial Ownership Transparency (Legitimate Interest Access) Regulations, 2024, and is to be
moved by the Honourable Premier. Parliamentary Questions and Statements may also feature in
the proceedings.
