Patient care at the Health Services Authority (HSA) continues uninterrupted despite a hardware failure which has impacted some aspects of the Authority’s administrative functions. 

Connection to the Authority’s core clinical systems are fully functional and there should be no negative impact in services to our patients.

HSA CEO Lizzette Yearwood acknowledges however that email communications are still affected and apologizes for any inconvenience experienced. Persons wishing to contact the HSA for urgent matters are advised to call 949-8600. The Authority has also established a temporary email address [email protected] for urgent email enquiries.  

Ms. Yearwood assures the public that the Authority has technical experts engaged with our IT staff to prioritize full system restoration as quickly as possible.
