From RCIPS

At about 11:50PM on Saturday, 13 May, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of an armed robbery at a food truck on Selkirk Drive. A masked man dressed in all black approached the truck, brandished a firearm, and demanded cash from the register. He then fled west on foot with a quantity of cash. No shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as being of medium build, about 5’6” in height, and was dressed in all black with a black mask.

The matter is currently under investigation by George Town CID, and anyone with any information, or who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area around the time of the incident, is asked to contact 949-4222.
