At about 9:25PM Wednesday, 7 December, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a bar on West Bay Road, just south of Seven Mile Public Beach. It was reported that a masked man entered the bar through the rear door, brandished a firearm, and demanded money from a worker there. The man then fled through the same door with a quantity of cash.

No shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as being about 5’7”, of slim build, and appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s. He was dressed in long dark pants, a black hooded jacket, a black mask, and gloves.
