From RCIPS

Shortly after 11:40PM Friday 23 December, officers received a report of an altercation which had occurred at an event at the Safehaven Dock. It was reported that a man was struck with a bottle during the incident, receiving lacerations to the head. The parties involved left the location prior to police arrival. However, the victim attended the Cayman Islands Hospital via private vehicle and is being treated for his injuries.

The matter is currently under investigation, anyone who witnessed the altercation, or who has any further information, is asked to contact George Town CID at 949-4222.
