UPDATE: Cayman: Police Respond to MVA Fatality in Bodden Town

Update (22 March):
Police can now confirm the identity of the deceased in the fatal collision which took place on Thursday morning, 21 March, in Bodden Town. He is Teron Anthony Johnson, age 22. A Jamaican national residing in Grand Cayman.
The RCIPS once again expresses condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
Initial Release (21 March):
Shortly before 2:30AM, Thursday, 21 March, police and other emergency services responded to a report of a collision in the vicinity of the junction of Bodden Town Road and Anton Bodden Drive.
Initial investigations indicate that the vehicle was travelling west along Bodden Town Road when it left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The male occupant of the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was transferred to the Cayman Islands Hospital by ambulance. He subsequently succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by the attending doctor.
The RCIPS expresses its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
The scene has been processed and the roadways are open.
