Wanted Man, Noel Paul Manning,
Police are seeking public assistance to locate Mr. Noel Paul Manning, age 53 of Bodden Town, who has been charged and is before the court in relation to serious offences. Mr. Manning was to return to court on Monday, 4 December, but has breached his bail conditions and removed his electronic monitoring device.
As such, police are appealing for public assistance in locating him. He is described as being short, of slim build and brown complexion, with low cut hair and white facial hair. He is also known to go by the nicknames “Indian,” “Doc” and “Doctor.” Photos of Mr. Manning are attached.
Mr. Manning has previously been known to frequent the Bodden Town area.
The public is reminded that according to the Police Act (2021 Revision), it is an offense to obstruct, mislead or act in such a way as to prevent the apprehension of a person who has committed an offense. If prosecuted under this section, you may be liable on conviction to a fine of $5000 or imprisonment for two years or both.
Police are encouraging anyone with information on Mr. Manning’s whereabouts to contact 9-1-1, or Bodden Town CID at 947-2220.
