International award winning designer, Charlie Lapson, will be one of the judges for the upcoming Miss Cayman Islands Universe pageant, this Saturday at The Ritz Carlton.

Mr. Lapson is recognised for his collections of jewellery, fashion and lifestyle products. He has been defined by the global press as an authority of style, while Entertainment Tonight has called him “The Designer for the New Millennium” and TIME Magazine referred to him as “One of the Hippest Designers in Los Angeles”.

The committee is pleased to extend a warm Caymankind welcome to Mr. Lapson and is delighted that he has accepted the invitation to be an official judge for the pageant this Saturday.

Pageant seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis, so it is recommended that you get there early to secure your spot. Tickets are CI$75, which includes a welcome drink and canapes. They are available at Funky Tangs and Sand Angels.
