The Opening of the Legislative Assembly takes place on Friday, 8 November. In order to facilitate this event, Fort Street will be closed between Albert Panton Street and Edward Street from 8:30AM to 10:00AM.

The RCIPS Guard of Honour will also be marching from the George Town Police Station to the Legislative Assembly Building and back. Traffic travelling in this area on Friday morning is advised to exercise caution and follow all instructions given by traffic officers.

In order to facilitate the Remembrance Day Parade on Sunday, 10 November, Harbour Drive, between Shedden Road and Fort Street,will be closed from 6:15AM and re-open by 1:00PM.
