Shortly after 1:15 AM today, 7 September, officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on Frank Sound Road involving a white Kia Optima. It was reported that while the vehicle was travelling southbound along Frank Sound Road, it left the roadway, colliding with a concrete post and a utility pole.

Emergency services attended the location, and the three occupants of the vehicle, a man, a woman and an infant, were transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital to be treated for their injuries. The woman and child remain in stable condition at the hospital while the man was discharged.

The matter is under investigation.
