The Office of the Ombudsman will be closed on Monday, 4 March 2024 between the hours of 10am-2pm for staff training. Staff members will not be answering phones or attending the office front door at this time.

Members of the public wishing to make a complaint can still do so via email ([email protected]), or via our website if the matter involves data protection, maladministration, whistleblower protection or Freedom of Information Act issues.

Complaints concerning police conduct can be made via the email address above or to the RCIPS Professional Standards Unit or at any police station. Our office will reopen after 2pm that day.
