Owen Roberts Airport Grand Cayman

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (23 September 2024) The Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA), which operates the Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) on Grand Cayman and the Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA) on Cayman Brac, has announced the closures of Charles Kirkconnell International Airport and Owen Roberts International Airport on Monday, 23 September 2024 due to Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine. Owen Roberts International Airport will cease flight operations at 9:00 p.m. after the departure of the last flight. 

Once the ’All Clear’ has been issued for the Cayman Islands and the airport facilities and infrastructure damage assessments have been completed, the CIAA will advise the public of the Airports’ reopening.
