UPDATE: Harbour Drive has now fully re-opened to allow improved traffic flow. However, wave activity continues along a small portion of Harbour Drive, between Goring Avenue and Cardinall Avenue, with some seawater washing onto the roadway.  The public is advised to exercise caution when travelling in this area, and to take an alternate route if possible.
