With the ever-changing demands on the business community to ensure good customer service to clients, seven employees were recently exposed to some pertinent training at the Chamber of Commerce on May 16^th 2012.  The course, Service Over the Phone, was facilitated by Ms. Lois Kellyman ,who boasts some 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources and Training & Development. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, and with small, medium and large businesses in a number of industries including health services, retail, finance, telecommunications, and aviation.  Ms. Kellyman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Human Resources and is a Founding Member and the first President of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals.
