CIFA promotes Mind Walk Run and 3v3 Football Tournament
Health Body Healthy Mind 5K Walk/Run Saturday April 20th 2013 at 6;30am at No. 1 Shoe Shop, 62 Hospital Road, George Town, Grand Cayman.
Note please that all students under the age of 18 attending a full time private or government school, will be consider as a child therefore will only be expected to pay the CI$10 registration fee.

Monday 20th May, Academy Sports Club, Outpost Street, George Town, Grand Cayman Kick-off 9am.
3v3 football Is the BEST way to develop the following skills:
– Create more touches per player
– Learn spacing/supporting shape
– Win the 1v1 battle using support & balance from teammates
– Develop more confidence in attacking & defending
– Increase ball possession & build confidence to control the ball in tight spaces
– Enhance players’ speed of play, field vision & field awareness
