CIMPA INVITES MEMBERS TO VOTE AT UPCOMING AGM
The Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, February 23rd from 8:30-10:30 am at Luca Restaurant.
The AGM agenda includes a report on the non-profit’s performance in 2023, a briefing of the year ahead, and the election of members to board vacancies.
Board positions to be filled are: Head of Membership, Paola Juarez Machado, Acting; Head of Communications, Stephanie Christian, Acting; Vice Chair, Kathy Miller, Acting; Head of Community, Kadron Bird, Acting. The vacancies to be filled are Treasurer and Head of Design.
As CIMPA membership is required to vote and participate in the AGM, members are asked to RSVP their attendance to the breakfast inclusive event by Wednesday, February 21st and ensure their individual or corporate fees are up-to-date. Questions submitted to the board by February 21st will also be addressed at the AGM.
For members who are not able to be in attendance, they are asked to submit proxy votes via email to [email protected] no later than Thursday, February 22nd at 12pm.
