CIREBA president is Jeanette Totten

cireba-board-2013Jeanette continues her role as president of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association.

Ms Totten, co-owner and broker of Cayman Luxury Property Group, became the first woman to head up the organisation when she was elected president last year.

Regal Realty’s Michael Day also is returning as vice president, while RE/MAX broker and owner James Bovell continues as treasurer.

James Butterworth of Coldwell Banker Cayman Islands Realty is a new board member and serves as secretary.

New members and directors include Douglass Sell from Cayman Islands Properties Ltd., Heather Carrigan from Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty, Sophie Miles from International Realty Group, George Davidson from Capital Realty Ltd. and Steve Parsons from Paradise Properties.

Ms Totten said, “The Cayman Islands real estate market is full of opportunities and we look forward to working with the new and old members of the CIREBA board of directors. We are encouraged that this next year will bring new ideas for the members and directors of CIREBA.”
