CITA needs your input regarding IMMIGRATION

230827_tmpl_head_4c45ff0b900fcThe Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) has sent out a communication to all their members with this plea:

“With the election’s approaching in May, please know that the CITA and its Board members are meeting with candidates to find out how supportive they are of the Cayman Island’s tourism product. We are also making our top tourism issues clear to these candidates so tourism is acknowledged and supported.

“Help us determine areas of improvement – one of our top tourism issues is IMMIGRATION. Please take the 2 minutes needed to complete the survey by March 20th, 2013.”

They urge their members to go to:

and answer the questions*  – we need to hear from you!

Some of the questions asked are:

Does your company use an Immigration service firm?

Do you have a dedicated HR person to process work permit forms?

Is your company experiencing challenges when working with immigration?

How many work permits does your company request on an annual basis?

Did your company submit a business staffing plan?

Have you applied for Key Employee positions?

Do you have staff affected by term limits this year?
