Coca−Cola to “Celebrate Everyday Greatness” for Paris 2024 as it announces global athlete team for Olympic and Paralympic Games
26 April 2024 – Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner Coca-Cola has unveiled “Celebrate Everyday Greatness” as its theme for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, while also announcing its global roster of athletes for Team Coca-Cola.
The Celebrate Everyday Greatness campaign is designed to champion life’s everyday moments – both big and small – that can turn into something great and will be featured across a range of Coca-Cola brands to engage fans ahead of the Games.
“The Olympic and Paralympic Games are a prime opportunity for The Coca-Cola Company and our extensive portfolio of products to connect with fans,” said Brad Ross, Coca-Cola’s Vice President of Global Sports & Entertainment Marketing and Partnerships. “We will use this global stage to showcase how greatness in everyday moments can create real magic.”
Celebrating the work athletes do every day that builds into bigger victories
The athletes unveiled as part of Team Coca-Cola come from a diverse range of sports and backgrounds, and include Olympic champions such as Athing Mu (USA, athletics) and Emma Twigg (New Zealand, rowing), as well as rising stars such as Mathilde Gros (France, cycling).
The members of Team Coca-Cola will also help Celebrate Everyday Greatness by championing the small things they do every day that help them make their mark on the world’s biggest sporting stages.
“Whether I’m participating in competition or navigating the road of life, each day provides me with the opportunity to tap into the greatness that lives inside me,” said UK Paralympian and Team Coca-Cola athlete Kadeena Cox. “From pushing past my own insecurities on the track to serving as a source of strength and inspiration for friends, family and fans around the world, I always take time to cherish the small moments that point me to everyday greatness.”

In its role as a Worldwide Partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games and Presenting Partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic Torch Relay, Coca-Cola will refresh athletes, officials, and spectators with its wide product portfolio of beverages during Paris 2024, with additional online and on-the-ground activations also set to unite fans in celebrating the magic of the Games.
